In these interactive, research-informed workshops, participants don’t just rethink their beliefs about partnership and family roles - they also walk away with practical, sustainable tools and a clear first step to make real change at home.
My signature workshop, Equal at Home: Reimagining Family Roles, invites couples and communities to examine inherited beliefs about caregiving, household labor, and partnership - and then guides them to shift from default patterns to systems that are intentionally designed and sustainable. Through tools they can start using right away, including my 4 F’s of Fair Division framework, participants leave equipped to build an intentional partnership that actually works for their real lives.

They challenge audiences to examine the beliefs and cultural narratives that shape how we divide labor and power at home - and introduce tangible tools that help people move from good intentions to sustainable systems.
Grounded in research and real-life stories, each keynote inspires listeners to rethink gendered (and non-gendered) defaults and gives them a starting point to design more equal, sustainable partnerships. Whether I’m speaking to a faith-based audience, academic group, or professional organization, my goal is always the same: spark meaningful reflection and leave people with practical strategies they can immediately put to use.
